About Rachel Anspach

Originally from Connecticut, Rachel spent every summer of her childhood on Kiawah Island and fell in love with the laid-back low-country lifestyle. She moved to SC to attend the College of Charleston in 2001. She graduated from the Medical University of SC in 2006, after which she spent over a decade as a Women's Health and Pediatric Nurse. After building her "forever home" three times (haha), she was hooked on the design and building process! Her natural love for house hunting and renovating spaces to bring joy to homeowners translated perfectly into a professional career. She and her husband live in Mt. Pleasant with their twin boys, daughter, and standard poodle, Harry Potter.

Rachel has been recognized repeatedly as a Realtor of Distinction by the Trident Realtors Association. She was in the top 2% percent of producing agents in Charleston in 2021, and the top 5% in 2022. Our team has been featured in Charleston Real Producers Magazine, Mt. Pleasant Magazine, and Charleston Home & Design.
About Lana Bilic
Originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lana moved to Germany in 1992. After receiving her degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, she emigrated to Charleston, SC, and worked as an engineer at BEHR Heat Transfer Systems Inc.In 1998, she co-founded ALKA Construction Inc, a high-end residential building company. In the following decades, ALKA built over 60 homes and stood out as a low-country leader, receiving widespread recognition, featuring in numerous national magazines, and building two Charleston Symphony Design houses in I'On. Lana also co-developed Fulton, a luxury custom-built Mt. Pleasant neighborhood where she played a large role in building, marketing, selling the neighborhood's homes, and most notably designing houses and public spaces with unique, modern architecture.
Throughout her 20 year career, she has participated in over 120 real estate transactions. With her engineering background and her roles as investor, buyer, seller, developer, designer, and marketer, Lana has accumulated expertise in every facet of the construction, development, and real estate industry. She has an intense passion for her work, evident in her great aesthetic vision. She lives in Mt.Pleasant with her cat, Daphne, and has a daughter, Anna, a recent Georgetown University graduate.
